What does Fast Track mean?

Fast Track will minimise your downtime. We'll ship out all parts we think are most likely to resolve the fault on a fast "timed" delivery service (and we'll collect them afterwards if not used) so that our engineer can attend site and get working on your printer quickly. You'll also be fast tracked above other adhoc repair customers and will receive priority on spare parts where stock is limited.

PLEASE NOTE: Our BOOK ME IN form is particularly slow at the moment so we're looking into this issue (someone's not fed the hamsters!).
